2. Affiliate Links

Upon acceptance into the program, you will be given a unique affiliate link to share on your website, social media, blog, or other marketing channels. You may only use this link to refer potential customers to our website. Affiliates must ensure that their promotions are truthful and do not mislead customers in any way. Misleading marketing practices may result in termination from the program.

3. Commissions

8. Limitation of Liability

RD Esha Holding is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use or participation in the Affiliate Program. The total liability is limited to the amount of commission earned by the affiliate during the time the affiliate participated in the program.

9. Program Modifications

We may modify or terminate the Affiliate Program at any time, at our discretion. If we make significant changes, we will notify affiliates accordingly. Continued participation in the program after such changes will constitute acceptance of the new terms.

10. Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts in Malaysia.
